Data and Insights Manager

Here at Greenpeace Aotearoa we are looking for someone who is confident enough to tell the story of our data in a way that all levels of the organisation can understand.
Someone who can take that story to then help inform our organisation's decision making, while ensuring that insights are delivered to the highest standards. You will be comfortable wearing multiple hats, from tracking key engagement metrics to supporting the Fundraising Director to develop the fundraising data strategy.
Using visualisations, you will easily be able convey abstract information and tailor it to your audience. You understand which data analysis tools are best used in different contexts. You’ll also have a passion for the environment and you might even have some previous experience in the Not-for-Profit sector.

Our salaries are benchmarked against the not for profit sector, the range for this role is $85,000 - $90,000 with room for negotiation for the right candidate. We have a 37.5 hour work week, with flexible working conditions and a fun, diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
