Job description

This unique 12 month contract will play a key role in the optimisation of our digital experiences and journeys, creating a seamless online experience.


Greenpeace is an independent campaigning organisation, which uses creative confrontation to protect Earth’s ability to nurture life in all its diversity. Joining Greenpeace puts you at the centre of the fight for the environment against big polluters and climate change.

Based in Aotearoa, you will play a lead role across the entire global Greenpeace network, with a focus on Greenpeace Aotearoa and Greenpeace Australia Pacific, supporting better decision-making around digital engagement and digital fundraising. You will work closely with both the New Zealand and Australia Pacific Greenpeace offices, optimising our digital conversions, including managing CRO test and learn plans.

With a genuine passion for the work of Greenpeace and our supporters, the ideal candidate will be self-motivated, inquisitive and analytical. You will have a proactive approach to problem-solving and strong prioritization and time management skills. Excellent communication skills and proven success coordinating teams and managing diverse stakeholders is an absolute must!

Knowledge:


  • Experience in Google Analytics and A/B testing/multivariate testing tools (e.g. Google Optimize)

  • A supporter first mindset with a strong understanding of how to apply user behaviour insights to improve supporter experiences and conversion rates

  • High level of computer literacy

  • Proven experience in developing online journeys and experiences for digital marketing or digital fundraising outcomes

  • Data analysis experience

  • Experience conducting user research, both qualitative and quantitative

  • Experience analysing website data to understand user behaviour, identify insights and opportunities

Job requirements

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a conversion rate optimisation or other relevant marketing/UX role with proven uplift in supporter/membership growth

  • 2-3 years of experience coordinating teams and/or projects

  • Certification or equivalent experience in Marketing, User Experience, User Behaviour, Research or Human Centered Design

  • Certification or equivalent experience in Google Analytics and A/B testing/multivariate testing tools (e.g. Google Optimize)


This is a 12 month fixed term contract, full time (37.5 hrs per week) based in Tāmaki Makaurau
