We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing team as they deliver Greenpeace supporters inspiring experiences and opportunities to engage with our campaigns.

Our ideal candidate has a high level of marketing or fundraising experience that they want to channel into working for the environment. You will have a strong understanding of digital supporter journeys; and be experienced in digital marketing analysis, conversion rate optimisation, and eCommerce. Experience with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud would be an advantage.

Key Tasks

  • Lead the digital marketing and supporter journey team to achieve outstanding digital fundraising outcomes

  • Shape and drive the organisations digital strategy

  • Encourage best practices and find new opportunities for lead generation

  • Maintain a strong analytics reporting framework.

Joining Greenpeace puts you at the centre of the fight for the environment against big polluters and climate change.  Our salaries are benchmarked against the not for profit sector, the range for this role is $90,000 - $95,000 with room for negotiation for the right candidate. We have a 37.5 hour work week, with flexible working conditions and a fun, diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
