We are looking for a confident Web Marketer to drive our ambitions for digital growth. You’ll be joining the team as we are investing in our digital experience, in order to reach new supporters and deepen their connection with our work. As a people-powered organisation, supporters’ actions and donations are key to achieving our vision of a green and peaceful future, and this role will be a core part of this.
You’ll be responsible for maximising the potential of our website and implementing full-funnel content marketing strategies, including managing SEM. You’ll also play a key role in our conversion rate optimisation strategy. If you’re inquisitive, analytical, and excited about the possibilities of technology, this could be the role for you!
Lead the development and implementation of channel and marketing strategies to grow web engagement and digital conversion
Improve organic discovery of our content through SEO and reach new supporters via SEM
Identify trends and opportunities for enhancing our website, including implementing new technology
Play a lead role in developing and launching web content that provides relevant and personalised experiences to supporters
Work with the whole Digital Marketing team to deepen supporter engagement through multi-channel supporter journeys
This is a full time permanent position (37.5hrs per week) based in Tāmaki Makaurau
You must hold an existing New Zealand work permit to be considered for this role.

The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000, which is competitive with the not-for-profit sector.
