We are looking for a confident Web Marketer to drive our ambitions for digital growth. You’ll be joining the team as we are investing in our digital experience, in order to reach new supporters and deepen their connection with our work. As a people-powered organisation, supporters’ actions and donations are key to achieving our vision of a green and peaceful future, and this role will be a core part of this.

You’ll be responsible for maximising the potential of our website and implementing full-funnel content marketing strategies, including managing SEM. You’ll also play a key role in our conversion rate optimisation strategy. If you’re inquisitive, analytical, and excited about the possibilities of technology, this could be the role for you!

Key Tasks

  • Lead the development and implementation of channel and marketing strategies to grow web engagement and digital conversion

  • Improve organic discovery of our content through SEO and reach new supporters via SEM

  • Identify trends and opportunities for enhancing our website, including implementing new technology

  • Play a lead role in developing and launching web content that provides relevant and personalised experiences to supporters

  • Work with the whole Digital Marketing team to deepen supporter engagement through multi-channel supporter journeys

This is a full time permanent position (37.5hrs per week) based in Tāmaki Makaurau

You must hold an existing New Zealand work permit to be considered for this role.

The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000, which is competitive with the not-for-profit sector. Our benefits are generous and include flexible working arrangements, birthday leave, wellbeing days, a sustainable commuting allowance, flu vaccines annually, and sick leave from day one of employment. We have access to an EAP service for both personal and professional support. Our office is pet friendly and our kitchen is stocked with coffee, teas, and milk (all the milks). For parental leave, we top up the primary caregiver’s salary to the ordinary level of pay for 18 weeks, and provide a total of six weeks paid leave for a partner. We also offer financial assistance to parents returning to work to help with the adjustment of child care costs. Our learning and development programmes are both domestic and international. With dedicated funding allocation for individual training, and access to our international communities of practice for global skill shares and collaboration.
